Eligibilty

• You must above 18 years old to make a purchase.

• If you are below 18, a parent/guardian must concent to these terms.

Pricing of the products

• All our products are quoted in Indian Rupee (₹) and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We have the right to change the product, price , fabric, color or discontinue a product without the prior notice.

Payments & Orders:

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We have the right to accept and reject the order.

• Payments are processed through third party gateways. Distine is not answerable for any payment errors.

Shipment

• We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days .

• Delivery can delay due to external factors.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• In case if the customer wants to return the product a unpacking video is required.

• Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the product.

• Due to intimate nature of activewear/ athleisure product, we cannot restock worn or used products.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website/social media which includes logos, images, designs, product descriptions, and text—is owned by Distine or licensed to us.

• You may not copy or use our intellectual property without written permission.

User Conduct:

• You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to hack, spread malware, or violate any laws while using our services

Limitation of Liability:

• Distine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
